The event was brilliant and we’re generally really happy with how it went! Tom was absolutely fantastic and helped us a lot with getting set up, packing down and making sure the evening ran well! The food was good, and the venue was a real highlight for a lot of the attendees. 

I also wanted to write to express my gratitude for all your help (and patience) during the preparation and for ensuring everything went smoothly on the day. I really appreciate the job you did for us and will remember the occasion forever. Everything went perfectly. I was highly pleased, and it has had a lasting positive impact on my family and guests. Looking back at the other venues we viewed and the timescales involved, it feels like a privilege to have celebrated our marriage in your museum. I can only imagine you getting busier and busier as word (and photos) spread. Please thank all the team, those working on the evening and everyone else involved. Simply brilliant. 

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Bristol Museum, it was perfect. Thank you for making all the planning as easy as possible, and so stress free for us. We were so impressed too by how the venue was set up on the day - there was such attention to detail and everything was as we wanted it. Any questions we had on the day were quickly and easily answered - it was always easy to find yourself or one of your staff members to ask. Everything went off without a hitch, and we felt very looked after! 

First, thank you so much for your support on the run up to the Conference, your support was incredible, and I appreciate how much you worked to ensure the smooth running of our event. I wanted to give some feedback for the evening of the event and hope you can pass this on to the relevant members of your team. The team on duty during the evening were exceptional, from greeting delegates as they arrived to managing the timings of all aspects of the event. The high level of service should be commended. I want to give particular thanks to the duty manager who was working that evening as he went above and beyond to ensure the smooth running of the evening and managed any issues with a fineness ensuring the delegates were unaware of any issues at all. The delegates were impressed with the venue, and the exhibition, which; I have been told was greatly enjoyed. The drinks reception was handled professionally, and the bar was running smoothly which was appreciated by all and I have been told that the canapes were greatly enjoyed. From start to finish the experience had by myself and delegates has been high, and I wanted to pass on this thanks to you and your team. 

As soon as we stepped into the museum, everything else just faded away. Everything looked so romantic, beautiful and overall just stunning. We could see that everyone was soaking up the atmosphere and taking in all the little museum’s details that we love. Because of this, I was immediately put at ease and all my nerves were settled immediately. Throughout the night, pretty much every guest told us what an incredibly beautiful venue it is and what a fun time they had - a few even said it was the best wedding they had ever been to . We also believe that this is the best wedding we have ever been to and the fact that it was ours was everything we ever dreamed. And despite life’s poor timing, we genuinely had the best night of our lives. 

We would like to wholeheartedly thank you, Tom and the rest of the team for helping us to pull off the wedding! It was a beautiful and joyful event in such a special venue. We received lots of compliments from guests. You were so calm, kind and easy to communicate with in the run up to the wedding, we really appreciate it. Tom was very understanding and oversaw the rest of the reception so well. The DJ, sorry I can’t remember his name, was awesome. He introduced himself to us and was very accommodating.
